University Connection Membership Application

Educational institutions may be eligible for ASUG membership by providing support in key areas of ASUG initiatives via the University Connect Program. Qualified universities and colleges offering to provide support to ASUG are eligible to obtain a no-cost ASUG membership for one calendar year. University Connection membership in ASUG is limited to faculty and staff and membership status is subject to annual review by the ASUG Board of Directors.

Support to ASUG may be provided in key areas such as use of university/college facilities for ASUG Chapter meetings, participation in ASUG Discussion Forums and Workspaces, participation in ASUG Special Interest Groups (SIGs) and Chapters, faculty and staff contribution of educational material for ASUG Webcasts or ASUG face-to-face events through participation as speakers or panel members, and more.

(Each ASUG member organization is required to designate an ASUG Champion. This individual serves as the liaison between ASUG and your organization, receiving the latest news and information to ensure you are maximizing the value of your membership.)

Executive Contact Information:
(Each ASUG member organization is required to designate an ASUG Executive Contact. This individual should be a Dean or Department Chair within your Institution.)

I agree on behalf of my college or university to provide support to ASUG, as defined above. In exchange, Americas’ SAP Users’ Group will provide a complimentary membership.
